Nestled in the heart of Alsace, between the Vosges Mountains and the Ried Plain, Sélestat is an ideal city for exploring Alsace. Various points of interest are easily accessible from Sélestat, such as the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg (25 min), the Mountain of Monkeys (17 min), Cigoland (9 min), and more. Sélestat is also a central hub connecting various major cities in Alsace and along the border. Located halfway between Obernai (30 min) and Colmar (33 min), it is also close to Strasbourg (40 min), Rust (home to Europa-Park and Rulantica) (40 min), Freiburg (Germany), and Basel in Switzerland. By TER train, you can reach Strasbourg in 20 min and Colmar in 10 min. You can also explore the Alsace Wine Route and its charming little villages, such as Eguisheim (30 min) and Ribeauvillé (20 min), or the Ried Plain with its many bike trails and canoeing and kayaking opportunities.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a city house.

It features a fully equipped, separate kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a work area, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and the third with 2 single beds), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, A sink, and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs.

Free public parking spaces are available on the street right in front of the house.

On the same floor as the main accommodation is the owners’ second holiday cottage, which can accommodate 2 people.

The GALAXIE apartment can accommodate up to 6 people + 1 infant.

The number of guests specified at the time of booking must be adhered to, and outside visitors are not permitted in the residence.

Respect for neighbors and quiet are required throughout your stay; therefore, parties are not permitted.

For everyone’s wellbeing, a security camera is installed in the common area at the building’s entrance.

A “bike parking” location is available in the residence’s backyard.

The bike path (17 km “Boucle verte”) runs right past the property.

Any equipment not included as standard in the rental is not permitted (barbecue, raclette machine, etc.), including candles, sparklers, or any other incandescent light source.

Connecting an electric vehicle to the property’s electrical system is not permitted (a charging station is located less than 5 minutes away in the INTERMARCHE parking lot).

A card allowing you to ride the bus for free will be provided upon your arrival.
