In Sélestat, in the heart of Alsace, comfortable, air-conditioned detached house with covered terrace, garden, courtyard and private parking, 5 minutes from town center. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms CH1 (1 bed 2p - 160 x 200), CH2 (2 beds 1p), a living room with dining area and fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace and garden. The bathroom has a whirlpool bath and a jet shower (washer-dryer), separate toilet. Solar heating and hot water. Garden furniture, table tennis, outdoor games, deckchairs, parking in enclosed courtyard. Tourist tax not included. Optional possibility of renting the first floor for 2 additional persons CH3 (1 bed 2 p -160x200 - 25m²) with shower room and wc on the first floor for an extra 295€/week. Cleaning included.
From the gite, you can go for walks in the meadows and fields, along the Giessen and in the lowland forest, or cycle along the cycle path that passes in front of the gite. For nature and outdoor enthusiasts. Rejuvenate in the city with a country feel.

Marion Un excellent sejour
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte avec deux enfants de 3 et 6 ans. Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et bien placé (n'hésitez pas a prendre vos vélos, la piste cyclable passe devant la maison et vous emmène en 5min au centre). Des jeux pour les enfants, une très bonne literie, un extérieur agréable et un super accueil des propriétaires, tout était parfait merci encore.

Frédéric Gîte très agréable et bien équipé
Le gîte était très bien, climatisation, balnéo, tout l'équipement de cuisine.
Bien situé, à la fois proche du centre historique et rapidement dans la nature.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié.
Avec une literie encore un peu plus premium, le gîte serait parfait mais cela n'enlève rien à sa qualité.

On aime laisser la nature s exprimer, effectivement avec le printemps pluvieux, c est (un peu) exubérant. Nous avons prévu d’y remédier à l’automne. ;-))

A warm welcome from the hosts to this delightful town house. Close enough to walk into town, but also easy to visit all the attractions of this beautiful part of France.
Unfortunately the neighbour shifting tons of gravel with heavy machinery close to our bedroom window made a couple of days rather uncomfortable.- Cleanliness
