The first floor comprises a spacious living area with lounge, living room and open kitchen (100m²). Access to the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A bedroom with a double bed is on the same level. Laundry room with washing machine. Separate WC.
Upstairs are four bedrooms, two shower/bathrooms and a separate WC. A relaxation/reading area on the mezzanine. Heating included. Parking in the courtyard. Tourist tax not included. Organic wine tasting, wine and cheese evenings, winemaker's picnic.
