Holiday cottage with independent entrance, set in part of a farm outbuilding located in a country setting close to tourist attractions. Wasselonne is just 5 km from the gateway to the Alsace Wine Route and 26 km west of Strasbourg.

On the first floor, you enter directly into the large living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area opening onto the terrace. On this level you'll also find a 1st bedroom with a double bed and a 1st shower room, separate toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms; the 1st with a double bed and the second with two single beds, and a bathroom with toilet (shower and bath). The landing has been converted into a Kids' play area with a view of the stable.
Electric heating and fireplace included. You'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a private summer swimming pool heated until September 30. Private outdoor Spa.
The owner offers a tour of the farm. Cycle path 200m away, with links to Strasbourg. Tourist tax not included. Electric vehicle charging station available on site.
