Gîte des Pèlerins 2

Semi-detached house with that of the co-manager of the Holiday cottage and on-site reception.
A few steps lead up to the first floor of the accommodation, which comprises :
- an entrance hall opening onto the living room and kitchen
- a living room and dining area for 7 people,
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the entrance hall, with a fold-out table that can be used to create a small dining area for 3 people,
- an independent toilet,
- a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor is the first part:
- a bedroom with 3 single beds,
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a baby bed,
- a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin,
The second part is served by a corridor with a step up to it:
- bedroom with double bed (160cm),
- bathroom with bath, WC and double washbasin,
- a gaming room with sofa, TV, table soccer and board games.

Outside, you cross a private driveway serving 2 houses to access, from the laundry room, the 350 m² garden at the rear of the house.

Parking is available at the rear of the Holiday cottage or in the owner's courtyard. Bike storage available.
The staircase to the first floor is rather steep.

Pets on request with a supplement of €3 per night per animal. Cleaning obligatory for rentals of 15 days or more (business customers only).

The Holiday cottage des Pèlerins 2 can accommodate up to 7 people. The Gîte des Pèlerins can also accommodate up to 5 people, in which case part of the house (the extension comprising a double bedroom, bathroom and gaming room) is made inaccessible (see Gîte des Pèlerins 1 ad).
