Your stay takes place in Hilsenheim, a village in Alsace's Grand Ried region, ideally located 35km from Colmar, 38km from Strasbourg and just 25 minutes from Europapark. The village has all the amenities you'll need, and is within easy reach of the whole region. Discover the Grand Ried for a vacation in the heart of nature: hiking, biking, boating, lakes... Head up the Alsace Wine Route to savor the region's vintages and delicacies. Or opt for a sensational day out at the Europa Park theme park on the other side of the border, with its Rulantica water park! You won't be disappointed.

You've arrived at this attractive, contemporary detached house, where everything has been designed with your comfort in mind!
On one level, the house opens onto a bright living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped open kitchen. Direct access to the sheltered terrace with garden furniture.
On the first floor, you'll also find a double bedroom with a double bed for 2, and a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
The first floor opens onto a relaxation area with sofa and table soccer, and leads to 4 further bedrooms:
- a large 4-person bedroom with 4 single beds (also suitable for a family with 2 children, as 2 of the single beds can be made into a double bed), including 2 trundle beds. This room also features a desk for telecommuting.
- two double rooms with double beds for 2 people
- one bedroom with 2 single beds for 1 person (can be made into a double bed)
Finally, a large bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet, can also be found upstairs.

Outside, you'll find a lounge and a ping-pong table. Opposite, a small gazebo and a private pétanque court.
Finally, adjoining the property is the heated outdoor swimming pool, shared with the owner. Available from early May to late September, weather permitting.
A double garage provides parking for 2 cars and bike storage. At the front, 2 additional parking spaces.
