Detached Holiday cottage, with separate access, in the owner's courtyard, located in central Alsace, close to tourist sites (Colmar, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, Eguisheim....), Germany (7 km) and Europa Park (25 km). The Holiday cottage is conveniently located in central Alsace, so you won't have to travel far.

The Gite is new and well-centered, in the Colmar area. The building has no other occupants. It has a south-facing, semi-sheltered terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine and be sheltered in case of rain. Children can play in the courtyard. Access to the gite is separate from the owner's access. It is equipped with all amenities (oven/microwave-freezer/fridge/raclette set/flat-screen TV/dryer/washing machine/hair dryer/library for adults and children. Clean and welcoming. There have never been any animals in the gite. We do not accept pets. A little surprise awaits you. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms (with 2p 160cm beds), an open-plan kitchen (microwave, freezer/fridge), a shower room (dryer/washing machine), a separate toilet and a living/dining room with flat-screen TV. The upstairs mezzanine has 2 single beds (140cm). Underfloor heating included. Terrace adjoining the gîte with views of the Haut-Koenigsbourg and garden furniture. Children can play in the enclosed courtyard. Table soccer, pétanque court, parking. Bicycles available free of charge, cycle paths from the village to Colmar and Strasbourg. For 2 people, €30 reduction in low season (if only one room is used).
