Welcome to Gougenheim, a peaceful village in the Bas-Rhin department, located just 14 km from Marlenheim—the gateway to the Alsace Wine Route—and tourist attractions such as Strasbourg (32 min) and Saverne (24 min). This renovated former farmhouse is located in the heart of the Kochersberg region, where you’ll discover the charm and tranquility of village life. Enjoy an authentic getaway in this unspoiled region, where history, fine dining, and relaxation come together: the pottery workshops in Soufflenheim (39 min) and Betschdorf (40 min), Hochfelden (10 min) and its brewery, Kirrwiller and its famous cabaret (22 min), as well as numerous bike paths and hiking trails.

The accommodation is located on the first floor of a former farmhouse, across from the owners’ home.
It features a very large living area with a beautiful sitting area, a dining area, and an open kitchen. The living area opens onto a covered patio. There are also two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, as well as a small sofa bed ideal for a kid. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity. The toilet is separate. On the ground floor of the property, you’ll find a large entryway with board games.

Outside, in addition to the covered terrace upstairs, you can enjoy a private garden featuring a hot tub available from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
A covered parking space is available in the owners’ enclosed courtyard. A charging station is also available upon request for an additional fee.

For stays of one week or longer, the owners provide access to their own laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The property is equipped with video surveillance cameras.
