You arrive in Gingsheim, part of Wingersheim les 4 Bans, 34 min from Strasbourg and 27 min from Haguenau. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside in this small, peaceful Alsatian village, and set off to explore the roads of Alsace: the City of Saverne and its Marina (24 min), the potteries of Soufflenheim (35 min) and Betschdorf (37 min), Hochfelden (10 min) and its brewery, Kirrwiller and its famous cabaret (20 min) as well as numerous cycling and Hiking trails.

The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a first very large bedroom with double bed and sofa, and a Lake room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the balcony, the other with a pull-out bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. You'll also find a relaxation area with a sofa bed and a small desk from which you can access the covered terrace. Finally, there's a Lake bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy the enclosed, landscaped courtyard, the garden area and the owners' chickens. You can also park your car in the courtyard.
