The house is set in a courtyard shared with the owner and winemaker. A second gîte is located in the property's outbuildings.

On the first floor, you'll find a 60m² living room with a lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, plus a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you'll find three bedrooms. One has a shower room and access to the balcony. On this level, you'll also find a bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet. The 2nd floor features a fourth bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. The landing has been converted into a relaxation area with a sofa bed.
Central heating included. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in the courtyard.
Shared: enclosed courtyard, parking. Tourist tax not included. Rate €50/person for up to 2 extra beds. Weekend rental possible for up to 12 people: €25/person/additional (on certain dates).

CATHERINE Séjour agréable dans une région touristique
Maison spacieuse dans la cour des propriétaires exploitants , avec la sortie du tracteur le matin entre 7h30 et 8 h. Un peu tôt pour une famille en vacances. A déconseiller pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Pas d'espace de jeu dans la cour. Très bien pour partir en balades à la journée.

Maison très spacieuse, très bien équipée en vaisselle et autres, tout comme chez soi.
Il n' y a pas de jardin mais comme nous avons bien profité pour visiter la région, les journées étaient bien remplies ,donc pas trop gênant pour nous.
Le seul petit bémol, c'est que la maison donne sur la route centrale du petit village et c'est vrai que de bonne heure le matin, cela circule quand même, donc pas vraiment de grasses matinées mais nous n'étions pas là pour ça !
Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire avec des petites gâteries sur la table .
