Welcome to Rosenwiller, just 30 km from Strasbourg. Nestled in the immediate vicinity of the famous Alsace Wine Route and just a stone's throw from the magnificent hiking trails of the Massif Vosgien, our location is ideal for an exceptional stay. The house is set in a courtyard shared with the owner and winemaker. A second gîte is located in the property's outbuildings.

On the first floor, you'll find a 60m² living room with a lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, plus a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you'll find three bedrooms. One has a shower room and access to the balcony. On this level, you'll also find a bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet. The 2nd floor features a fourth bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. The landing has been converted into a relaxation area with a sofa bed.
Central heating included. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in the courtyard.

Shared: enclosed courtyard, parking. Tourist tax not included. Rate €50/person for up to 2 extra beds. Weekend rental possible for up to 12 people: €25/person/additional (on certain dates).
