Nestled in the immediate vicinity of the famous Alsace Wine Route and just a stone's throw from the magnificent hiking trails of the Massif Vosgien, our location is ideal for an exceptional stay. The house is set in a courtyard shared with the owner and winemaker. A second gîte is located in the property's outbuildings.

On the first floor, you'll find a 60m² living room with a lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, plus a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you'll find three bedrooms. One has a shower room and access to the balcony. On this level, you'll also find a bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet. The 2nd floor features a fourth bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. The landing has been converted into a relaxation area with a sofa bed.
Central heating included. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in the courtyard.
Shared: enclosed courtyard, parking. Tourist tax not included. Rate €50/person for up to 2 extra beds. Weekend rental possible for up to 12 people: €25/person/additional (on certain dates).

Antoine Super endroit pour rayonner en Alsace en famille !
Le gîte est très bien équipé, bien agencé et agréable à vivre. Nous y avons passé une semaine pour les vacances de la Toussaint avec nos 6 enfants. La localisation est parfaite pour rayonner en Alsace entre Strasbourg, Obernai, Colmar, Mulhouse et tous les petits villages ravissants autour. Il n'y a pas de commerces à Rosenwiller mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut à 5 minutes, à Rosheim. Possibilité de recharger un véhicule électrique dans la cour du logement, avec un compteur séparé. Mme Wisser nous a très bien accueillis et se montre disponible et réactive. Nous ne saurions que vous recommander ce gîte pour découvrir cette belle région !

Michel Tout était parfait et l'accueil excellent
Un gîte bien situé dans le vignoble Alsacien avec toutes les commodités à Rosheim à quelques kilomètres. Cécile la propriétaire est très agréable et à l'écoute. La maison est immense, très bien équipée et la literie de bonne qualité . Cerise sur le gâteau par ce temps de canicule, on peut garer les voitures à l'abri du soleil. Bref, que du bonheur !
