The Group holiday cottages are located on the edge of the village of Munchhausen and the Sauer Delta Nature Reserve. It's the ideal place for your festivities, but also for exploring this small part of Alsace. Just 40 minutes north of Strasbourg, on the German border, you'll find walking trails through unspoilt countryside, as well as numerous cycle paths along the banks of the Rhine. A 15-minute drive to Lauterbourg, discover the Mouettes and spend a day with your feet in the water. Opposite the Holiday cottage is a lovely outdoor play area: slides, swings, sports fields...

The Holiday cottage is made up of 2 separate buildings and has its own private parking area with electric vehicle charging point.
Building 1 offers on the first floor :
- a reception area,
- 2 studios with kitchenettes, 2 single beds, shower and washbasins
- 1 studio for people with reduced mobility, equipped with kitchenette, 2 single beds, shower and washbasin
- 2 studios with kitchenettes, 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed), shower and washbasin
- 2 shared WCs
Upstairs, 7 studios similarly equipped; 4 studios for 3 people and 3 studios for 2 people, again with 2 shared WCs.

In the second building, on the first floor, you'll find a large dining room with adjoining kitchen, as well as a lovely green space with garden furniture.
Upstairs, there are 7 bedrooms (5 for 2 people and 2 for 3 people) with single beds and a shared sanitary area with 2 showers, 2 WCs and 3 washbasins.
Also upstairs is a second living area (for up to 19 people) with dining area, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, and separate toilet.
