Detached gîte overlooking the owner's flower-filled courtyard, on the banks of the Rhine, halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar, close to Europa Park. Located in central Alsace - on the Rhine, halfway between Strasbourg (37 km) and Colmar (40 km), Haut Koenigsbourg (35 km) - Riquewihr/Ribeauvillé (38 km) - Germany (5 km) - Europa Park (14 km).

Fully-renovated, self-contained Holiday cottage in an outbuilding of an old farmhouse, overlooking the owners' flower-filled courtyard. Enclosed property in village center. Multi-service shop 100 m away.

The Holiday cottage is on the first floor and comprises an open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room, large flat-screen TV, veranda converted into dining area, CH1 (1 x 180cm bed and TV), CH2 (2 x 90cm beds), shower room, separate toilet.
On the ground floor, additional bedroom (bed 180) with sitting area and shower room/wc (40 m²), available exclusively to Holiday cottage occupants for an additional charge of €160 (April to Sept.) €200 (Oct. to March) per week, all inclusive.
1 extra bed can be provided for a child - if capacity is exceeded - on request: €30/week.

Well-decorated, warm atmosphere.

Basic necessities available. Heating, utilities, sheets, towels and household linen included in the price. Beds made on arrival for your convenience.
Baby Equipment available (cot - high chair - baby gate - booster seat - stroller ....).
Garden furniture, table tennis, swing, carport, automatic gate. Bicycles of various sizes available free of charge. Tourist tax not included.

Reduced rate for occupancy by 2 people/one room and from 2nd week onwards.
