Gîte côté cour

Welcome to Marlenheim, gateway to the Alsace Wine Route, just 20 kilometers from Strasbourg and close to the region's major tourist attractions. Our gîte is housed in a former village farmhouse set amidst vineyards, offering you an ideal location for exploring the cultural heritage, savoring the local gastronomy, but also enjoying hiking trails and other outdoor activities.

The Holiday cottage has its own entrance and is located on the first floor of an outbuilding of the owner's house.
On the 1st level, you'll find a kitchen with dining area opening onto a private terrace (at the entrance to the Holiday cottage), a shower room and a separate toilet.
A bedroom with double bed is located on the same level.
On the 2nd level, on the mezzanine, there is a double bed and a single bed.
The owner has a second gîte 'Côté Vineyard' H67G013172 and four Bed and breakfast rooms on the same property.
Shared facilities: washing machine, ping-pong table, parking in enclosed courtyard.
