Located on the first floor of a house with 2 other gîtes, the apartment comprises :
- a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, and a few steps down to a private terrace,
- 3 large bedrooms, 2 with single beds and one with a 160*200 double bed,
- bathroom with shower and bathtub, washbasin and washing machine,
- separate WC.
Parking is available in the inner courtyard.
The living room has reversible air-conditioning.
The owner has another gîte on the 1st floor identical to this one (Chez Sim).

Très décevant
2/5Nous avons réservé sur le site Gîtes de France mais nous aurions réservé par l’intermédiaire de Airbnb nous n’aurions pas vu de différence. Boîte à clefs, échange avec le propriétaire seulement par message en nous disant qu’il n’était pas disponible. Ça ne correspond pas à la philosophie de Gîtes de France. Ce n’est pas tout… appartement mal entretenu, le ménage n’est pas correctement fait, certains draps ne sont pas nets. Quant aux extérieurs beaucoup de travail reste à faire.. Grosse déception. Nous avons déjà fait un retour au propriétaire.
