Wackenbach, a small commune attached to Schirmeck and 5 minutes from all shops, is located in the heart of the Bruche valley. You'll be right in the middle of nature, and can take advantage of the many Hiking trails (GR5 in the immediate vicinity) or cycle through the Vosges mountains. If you're interested in history, the Alsace-Moselle memorial (5 min), the Struthof concentration camp (15 min) or the Mutzig fort (25 min) are all nearby. Climb to the Col du Donon (10 min) or Champ du Feu, a small family ski resort (30 min) to admire the view over the Alsace plain! If you fancy a trip into the City, you can reach Strasbourg or Saint Die des Vosges in 45 min. Obernai is 35 min away. If you need to relax after all that activity, you can visit one of the many spas in the area: Hôtel Velleda (10 min) La Cheneaudière (20 min) or Yonaguni (35 min).

Discover this village house on the main street leading to the Col du Donon. The first floor features a living room, open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a second dining area in the veranda. There's also a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
On the 1st floor are the three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds that can be joined or separated, and the third with a double bed and a single bed. On this level, there's also a Lake with shower, washbasin and WC, accessed via the corridor, but also via the bedroom with the 2 single beds. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board is also located on this floor. From this laundry room, you can also access the upper terrace and the Piscine.

Outside, you can enjoy 2 terraces, one on the first floor accessible from the kitchen and the other on the first floor accessible via an outside staircase or from the laundry room. The upper terrace features a heated swimming pool (4.70*3.50 m, 1.10 m deep) accessible from May to September (weather permitting), secured by a roller shutter and equipped with a counter-current swimming system.

Private parking spaces are located right next to the house, and a small garage is available for your motorcycle (Biker Charter) or bicycles. (The garage is not suitable for cars).

A fireplace in the living room is available on request from the owner (extra charge).
