As for parking, you can pull up in front of the building for a few minutes to unload your luggage, making your arrival easier. A paid parking lot is located right nearby; parking is free between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, between 6:00 PM and 8:30 AM, as well as on Sundays and holidays. Other free parking lots are also available a little further into the City (about a 5- to 10-minute walk).
