Please note: a construction site for this Detached house is located 30 meters to the front of the Holiday cottage - the Holiday cottage bedrooms are at the rear of the house.
Access to the house is via a few steps leading to an entrance into a spacious living area, comprising a lounge, dining room, open-plan kitchen and office area.
A corridor leads to the three bedrooms, one of which has a Bunk beds, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace and garden.
Private parking is also available close to the house.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique région.
La maison de Bruno est très confortable, très bien rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les équipements sont de qualité (électroménager, literie, mobilier...), nous n'avons rien à dire sur la propreté du logement.
L'environnement est agréable, calme et reposant, avec une très belle vue sur le vignoble alsacien depuis la terrasse exposée plein sud !
Bravo pour l'accueil et la disponibilité de Sandra et de Bruno.

MORGANE Très beau séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end en famille dans cette très belle maison, très propre.
Lit parapluie, chaise haute et jouets pour bébé très pratique. De même pour le linge de maison et de toilette.
La cour offre une grande place pour se stationner, nous étions venus avec un 9 places cela fut donc très appréciable.
Proche des marchés de Noël. Merci pour les cadeaux à notre arrivée.
Je recommanderai votre logement.

André Très belle maison au village de Kintzheim
Accueil agréable de Sandra.
Maison rénovée avec tout le confort moderne. Literie top. Cheminée encore neuve.
Parking au village avec borne de recharge pour les EV.
Restaurants et vignerons à 5 min à pieds au cœur du village.
À coté de selestat, l’accès depuis l’autoroute est très facile.
Colmar, Strasbourg, fribourg à 30 min. 1h de voiture. Il y’a aussi le train selestat.- Cleanliness
