Please note: a construction site for this Detached house is located 30 meters to the front of the Holiday cottage - the Holiday cottage bedrooms are at the rear of the house.
Access to the house is via a few steps leading to an entrance into a spacious living area, comprising a lounge, dining room, open-plan kitchen and office area.
A corridor leads to the three bedrooms, one of which has a Bunk beds, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace and garden.
Private parking is also available close to the house.

LAURENCE Séjour très agréable.
Gîte propre, spacieux et confortable. Il dispose de tout le necessaire pour passer un sejour agreable. Bien situé, permet de visiter les sites les plus intéressants. Les supermarchés situés à Selestat sont à 10mn en voiture. Boulangerie et boucherie disponibles dans le village.
