Before undertaking the work, we had a biotic analysis and a domosynergy study carried out. They enabled us to place the "night" space in areas that are particularly conducive to sleep. Beds made on arrival. First floor: CH1 (1 bed 2p), CH2 (1 bed 2p), CH3 (2 beds 1p), living room with dining area and sitting area (DVD), open kitchen (microwave, freezer), garden furniture, bathroom (bath + shower), shower room with toilet, 2nd separate toilet. Covered terrace (13m²). Heating included. Holiday cottage for 4 in owner's house. Shared: green space, courtyard, outdoor games, parking. Holiday cottage created with natural materials.

Très beau gîte, bien équipé, aménagé avec soin et avec goût, confortable, au coeur d'un joli vilage alsacien, avec départ de randonnées possible dès le gîte. Nombreux sites culturels, historiques, à proximité.
