Maison Indépendante is located just 30 km from Strasbourg and 15 km from Obernai, and is ideally situated for discovering Alsace's must-see tourist attractions, including the famous Route des Vins. The house is surrounded by 18 ares of enclosed grounds. Nature lovers will be delighted by the proximity of the cycle path linking Strasbourg to Saverne, along the Bruche river, and the Hiking trails in the Vosges hills.

The house comprises:
Two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a baby bed, the second with a double bed and a single bed.
A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140x190).
A fully-equipped kitchen
Separate shower room and WC.
Heating included in the rental price.
Tourist tax is extra.
Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture.
In addition, a number of activities are available: ping-pong table, swing, toboggan, badminton, and a river running through the property.
