The gîte comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. Access to a private balcony from the living room. Elevator to access the apartment, private garage at your disposal. Central heating included. The owner has two other 'Gîtes de France' apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Tourist tax not included.

5/5L'appartement est non seulement très agréable mais aussi très bien situé pour les balade à pied et l'accès au réseau routier pour visiter l Alsace.

5/5Un appartement qui a bien répondu à nos attentes (1 couple + 1 ado)
Fraichement rénové, bien pensé, moderne, confortable et pratique. Belle situation dans le centre d'Obernai avec les commerces à proximité immédiate. Quartier calme et agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié le garage, fermé et sécurisé, situé juste en dessous.

Superbe appartement en centre-ville
4/5appartement moderne, équipement au top et garage très pratique. par contre accès impossible les week-end de décembre car centre ville inaccessible en voiture. J'aurai aimé être prévenue de ce problème !

5/5Appartement spacieux et confortable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Idéalement placé en centre d'Obernai et à 5 min de la gare. La propriétaire est disponible, à l'écoute et agréable. Adresse à recommander, j'y retournerai.

Moderne Wohnung in guter Lage - Appartement moderne et bien situé
5/5Wir waren nach 2021 jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Ausstattung, Lage und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Ein Pluspunkt ist die große Garage. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Auch bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Obernai würden wir diese Wohnung wieder wählen.
Après 2021, c'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement et nous en sommes à nouveau très satisfaits. L'équipement, la situation et la propreté sont très bons. Le grand garage est un plus. Le contact avec les propriétaires était très sympathique. Nous choisirions à nouveau cet appartement lors d'un prochain séjour à Obernai.
