On the 1st level, you'll find a kitchen opening onto the living room, an office area and a shower room with toilet. On the 2nd level is the sleeping area with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Outside, on the entrance level, you'll find garden furniture for two (4m² balcony). Central heating, air conditioning (in bedroom only) included. Street parking available nearby.
