On the first floor, the kitchen opens onto the dining and living area (a wardrobe bed is available on the first floor for disabled guests). The bathroom with WC is also on this level. Two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, the first with 3 beds and the second with 2 beds. A second separate toilet is also located on this floor. A garden area with garden furniture and barbecue is located at the entrance to the gîte. Central heating included. Washing machine available on request. Shared facilities: parking, baby equipment. Farm products based on duck for sale. Tourist tax not included. Supplement: 1€/night/pet. Possibility of renting the 2 gîtes together (an access door connects the two gîtes).
