Situated in the heart of the Forest d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, this mountain chalet-style holiday cottage is located on the first floor of a Champagne-style house and adjoins another cottage (with independent entrances and terraces), offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and a guaranteed change of scenery. The view over Lake d'Orient and the immediate proximity to the Beach will be a real asset. Beach 500 m away, 28 km bike path at the foot of the cottage, possibility of other bike tours, bike, trotinnette and paddle rentals, fishing equipment and mini golf on site, restaurant on the beach. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne Vineyard (36km), Maison de Renoir (41km), Abbaye de Clairvaux (45km), Maison de Charles de Gaulle (52km).

The holiday cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and access to a private terrace overlooking the Lake (firewood provided), and a lounge area. Sleeping arrangements: one double bedroom with a TV and two separate sleeping areas with sloped ceilings located on the mezzanine. One features two beds 90x190, and the other has one bed 140x190. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and a separate toilet. Outside: you’ll find garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and lounge chairs. Enclosed and secure parking. From June through September, you’ll have access to a shared indoor pool with the owner or guests from the other holiday cottage (16 m x 5 m), heated to 28 degrees (access from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and equipped with an aquabike. Heating, electricity, firewood, air conditioning, and end-of-stay housekeeping are included in the price. Beds will be made on arrival, and towels and linens are provided.
