Situated in the heart of the Forest d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, this mountain chalet-style holiday cottage is located on the first floor of a Champagne-style house and adjoins another cottage (with independent entrances and terraces), offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and a guaranteed change of scenery. The view over Lake d'Orient and the immediate proximity to the Beach will be a real asset. Beach 500 m away, 28 km bike path at the foot of the cottage, possibility of other bike tours, bike, trotinnette and paddle rentals, fishing equipment and mini golf on site, restaurant on the beach. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne Vineyard (36km), Maison de Renoir (41km), Abbaye de Clairvaux (45km), Maison de Charles de Gaulle (52km).

The Holiday cottage features a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with wood-burning stove and access to a private terrace overlooking the Lake (wood supplied), and a lounge. At night: a double bedroom with television and 2 separate sleeping areas on the mezzanine floor. One has 2 beds 90x190 and the other a bed 140x190. There's also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and separate toilet. Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs. Enclosed, secure parking. From June to September, you'll enjoy a covered swimming pool shared with the owner or guests of the other Holiday cottage (16m x 5 m), heated to 28 degrees (access from 9am to 9pm) with aquabike, swimming against the current. Heating, electricity, wood, air conditioning and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Beds made on arrival, linen and towels included.
