40 minutes from Troyes, at the foot of Lake d'Amance, with its harbor, beach and water sports, detached house on enclosed land, located in the heart of Dienville where you'll find a bakery, grocery store, bar/tabac, restaurants. The Holiday cottage is fully equipped to welcome babies: 2 Umbrella beds, baby high chair, baby chair, bouncy chair, crockery, changing table with bath, playpen... Beds made on arrival, linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning extra, heating, wood and electricity included in the price.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with an open kitchen, a dining room with a wood-burning stove, foosball and a pinball machine, a living room with a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 additional people for a surcharge of €15/night/person), a double bedroom, a bathroom (bathtub + double sinks), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 beds measuring 90x190, two of which can be pushed together to form a double bed, two double bedrooms, one of which has a bed for a kid up to 12 years old (70x160), a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), and a laundry room. If you love reading and board games, you’ll be delighted by the variety on offer. Outside, there are 2 terraces (1 with garden furniture and 1 with armchairs), a barbecue, a beach umbrella, lounge chairs, kids’ chairs, a swing, a trampoline, a basketball hoop, a badminton/volleyball set, 5 adult bicycles (including 1 with a child seat), 1 trailer for 2 kids, and a stroller. Housekeeping included.
