In the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Forêt d'Orient, at the foot of the Mesnil Saint Père lake, 25 minutes from Troyes, come and discover this cosy family home accommodating 8 adults and 2 children, featuring a flower-filled, fully enclosed garden, terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha. Possibility of bringing 2 cars into the property or parking spaces in front of the gite. Bicycles available. Stay includes beds made up, bathroom and household linen, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with dining area, lounge, fitted kitchen, shower room (shower + wc), veranda with pool table, master bedroom (180x200 bed) accessible to people with reduced mobility, with private bathroom (Italian shower + double washbasin + whirlpool bath + wc) and terrace with deckchairs, separate wc. Upstairs, a double bedroom (140x190) with TV, a family room for 4 (180x200 bed + 2 90x190 beds), a double bedroom (2 90x200 beds can be made into a double bed). An indoor heated swimming pool, ACCESSIBLE ONLY from 01/05 to 30/09 (4m x 8m - depth 1m35). A heating supplement of €15/day will be charged from 01/10 to 30/04.

J. Mesnil St Père
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’aube et la maison de Mesnil Saint-Père était très agréable.
La maison est spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements et des jeux à foison pour les enfants.Le temps était au rendez-vous, ce qui n’a rien gâché.
Petit bémol sur la piscine pour laquelle nous n’avons pas eu de consignes particulières pour l’entretenir, ce qui nous a contraint à ne pas nous baigner pendant quelques jours.N’hésitez donc pas si vous êtes en famille.

Jimmy Excellent gîte
Super gîte où il fait bon vivre.
Dans un endroit au calme avec tout le nécessaire pour s'occuper (piscine, table de ping-pong, billard, etc).
