Just 35 minutes from Troyes and its famous outlet malls, 30 minutes from Chablis and Auxerre, and close to the Pays d’Othe as well as the champagne cellars of Les Riceys, there are plenty of excursions to enjoy among vineyards, historic sites, and culinary delights.

The village, with its rich medieval history, charms visitors with its peaceful atmosphere and iconic landmarks such as the Porte Saint-Nicolas, the circular market hall, and the Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens Church.

You can enjoy the local shops, the farmers’ market, and walks through the surrounding countryside—the perfect way to recharge.

On the ground floor, you’ll have a separate entrance.

Upstairs, a beautiful, bright living area includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an office/nursery corner.

The sleeping area consists of a master suite with a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), two double bedrooms, and a Kids bedroom (Bed 90x190, 70x190 bed, and a baby bed).

An additional bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink) and a separate toilet complete the layout.

Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to a private, enclosed, and secure 1,000 m² garden. A furnished patio awaits you with a dining table, a parasol, a barbecue, and Lafuma lounge chairs so you can fully enjoy the sunny days.

Parking is available in the nearby alley.

All inclusive stay: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen and household linen supplied, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay housekeeping included.
