Sleeping up to 4 people and a baby, this functional cottage is simply and carefully decorated to provide every comfort. The bright living room opens directly onto a terrace, and the enclosed garden is perfect for enjoying the sunny days in complete tranquillity, whether for a meal, a moment of reading or while the Kids play in complete safety. You'll appreciate the immediate proximity of the lakes for swimming, fishing or cycling. You're also just a few minutes from Brienne-le-Château, with its Napoleon Museum and shops, and Dienville, with its port and restaurants. Possibility of parking for the boats of our fishing friends.

You'll find a living room with sitting area (board games, toys) and dining area, a kitchen, a double bedroom (bed 140x190 + baby bed), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190), a shower room (large extra-flat shower tray, washbasin) and a separate toilet. Outside, garden furniture, awning, barbecue, garden with raspberry bushes. In the basement, you'll find a cooking area (electric table-top oven) and storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Enclosed parking on the property. To enhance your stay, beds will be made on arrival, bathroom linen and towels provided, heating and electricity included in the rental price (except for stays in October and November).
