Upstairs: bedroom (1 double bed-160cm + cot), bedroom (4 single beds), wc, shower room. Outside: 320 m2 enclosed grounds, Halfcourt / City Park available (tennis and multi-sports). Beds made up on arrival. Heating and electricity included in the price, subject to normal consumption (meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure). Pet supplement: €50 / pet. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Vélovoie (on site); fishing (gîte labelled Pêche), hiking and water sports 5 kms away; aerodrome (parachute, ULM, baptisms) 10 kms away; Nigloland 15 min; Napoleon Museum 10 min away (Brienne), vineyard and cellar visits 20 min away. Merveilleux séjour
