On the ground floor: the living room with a kitchen area, a sitting room with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (with double bed), a shower room and a toilet. On request the beds will be made and a cot will be available. You will be able to play table tennis and the children will enjoy the swings. There is supplement of 10€/day for the heating. Tourist attractions: in summer you will be able to visit the Château de Bligny, enjoy a quiet walk of some hiking and go boating on the "étang du Patis". This two storey house is divided into two independant accomodations and is situated in the glasswork old café at 13km from Bar S/Aube and 45km from Troyes.

Jolie maison en région Champagne
3/5Je connais cette maison depuis des années. Il dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer quelques semaines de vacances. L'eau chaude était cassée à un moment donné, mais cela a été rapidement réparé.

4/5Très joli gite,mais les précédents locataires avaient certainement un chien :"Droles" de traces sur les portes vitrées !Très bonne literie,divan et fauteuils super confortables .Très bon séjour .

Nice stay in a busy grapes picking week
4/5We had a nice stay. The welcome was very friendly. There was even a little of champagne and some home made jam in the bridge. The weather was great and the surroundings are beautiful. It was a busy week because of the start of the picking of the grapes. Because the gîte is situated next to the street, there was a lot of loud traffic from early in the mornig till the evening due to all that activities.
We sometimes had some troubles with the water. One morning there was no water for some time and the pressure was low.- Cleanliness 3/5

Je suis ravie que votre séjour vous ai plu. Les vendanges apportent en effet beaucoup de mouvement pendant une dizaine de jours. Ce travail a engendré également un manque d'eau à la station de pompage d'où ce soucis de pression un matin.

coteaux et vignes attrayants et reposants, étang aux canards proche .
