In the heart of the Forest d'Orient nature park, close to the Vélovoie bicycle path, and 20 minutes from the City of Troyes, come and stay in this small, single-storey house built of local bricks and accessible to people with reduced mobility (2 steps down to the garden). You'll appreciate the home-made decor and the owner's thoughtful touches. A second Holiday cottage, just a few yards away, can accommodate up to 9 people, with access to a shared garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: Water sports, Swimming, Nigloland. Forest, vélovoie, Fishing on site. Electric car recharging point 300m away and Kids playground/fitness area 450m away. TV with Disney + access

You will have access to a living area with a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (160x200 cm bed), a "Kids" bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x190 + an extra bed with a 90x190 mattress) with access to the garden, a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink), and a separate toilet. Outside, you’ll have access to a small enclosed garden with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue. A storage room for your sports equipment, strollers, etc., will be available. Two standard bicycles are available for free, and two electric bicycles can be rented (€20/day/bike) on-site from the owners, subject to availability. The beds will be made on arrival, and linen will be supplied. End-of-stay cleaning, bathroom linen, heating, and electricity are subject to additional charges (based on meter readings from October to April). Dogs only (no cats).
