In the heart of the Forest d'Orient nature park, close to the Vélovoie bicycle path, and 20 minutes from the City of Troyes, come and stay in this small, single-storey house built of local bricks and accessible to people with reduced mobility (2 steps down to the garden). You'll appreciate the home-made decor and the owner's thoughtful touches. A second Holiday cottage, just a few yards away, can accommodate up to 9 people, with access to a shared garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: Water sports, Swimming, Nigloland. Forest, vélovoie, Fishing on site. Electric car recharging point 300m away and Kids playground/fitness area 450m away. TV with Disney + access

You'll find a living room with sitting and dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a "Kids" bedroom (2 Bunk beds 90x190 + an extra bed with mattress 90x190) with access to the garden, a bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin), and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll find a small enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. A technical room for storing your sports equipment, baby carriages, etc. will be at your disposal. 2 classic bikes and 2 electric bikes (€20/day/bike) available for hire from the owners, subject to availability. Beds made on arrival, linen supplied. End-of-stay cleaning, towels, heating and electricity are extra (meter reading from October to April). Dogs accepted only (no cats).
