8 km from Arcis sur Aube, 35 km from Troyes. In the heart of a farm, the gîte "Les Prés Saint Jean" is located in an annex of the owners' house and can accommodate 2 people.
Very comfortable and in a cocooning spirit, the gîte features a living room with open-plan kitchen, a lounge area with flat-screen TV and sofa bed, a dining area, a double bedroom (bed 140x190) and a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Outside, there's a private terrace with garden furniture, a small garden (currently being planted) with sun loungers, and a courtyard with secure parking. The price includes bed linen, household linen, towels, heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning and wifi. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Aquatic complex (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, paddling pool) 8 km away, Troyes city center and factory outlets 30 minutes away.

Emplacement parfait et séjour merveilleux ! Nous n'avons passé que deux nuits pour un mariage dans une salle locale. Cet hébergement a largement dépassé nos attentes et nous y retournerons sans hésiter pour un séjour paisible et très confortable. Un grand merci aux propriétaires!

Hugam Petit gîte très sympa et très propret
Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce charmant petit gîte lors d’un mariage au clos de beaurepaire. Le clos est à 800 mètres, donc parfait. Seul hic… pensez à prévoir votre petit déjeuner, la boulangerie la plus proche est à 7 km.

Amélie Gîte coquet et accueil sympathique
C'est la seconde fois que je viens de le gîte, et je souhaite y revenir pour mon prochain déplacement professionnel. L'accueil est chaleureux, le logement confortable et coquet, et la petite terrasse est très agréable !
