Les Perrières is a totally independent stone country house set in a large enclosed plot of land in a pleasant, sunny setting. First floor: kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed, dining room, wc. First floor: large double bedroom (160 cm bed), two adjoining double bedrooms (140 cm bed), bathroom (multi-jet bath, washbasin, WC). Heating included. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Les Riceys is the only village with three AOC wines: Champagne, Côteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys. The owners, winegrowers, will be delighted to explain their trade and share their passion with you. A visit to the cellars and champagne tasting are also included. In addition to the bottle of champagne offered on arrival.

    Les Riceys - 08/2025

    Un très bel endroit au calme.On a passé une semaine au calme ce qui était notre objectif.
    Le gîte avait tous les conforts ce qu’on voulait pour passer des excellentes vacances.
    Aussi la propriétaire Colette était tjs là pour nous aider et nous conseiller.
    A refaire sans hésitation.

    Au calme, bien situé mais...

    Propriétaire charmante. Région très agréable, notamment au niveau gastronomique.
    Description du gîte toutefois imprécise parce qu'il ne s'agit pas de 2 chambres communicantes mais "en enfilade" : il faut passer par l'une pour accéder à l'autre (un peu gênant quand on est entre amis).
    Les meubles de cuisine sont particulièrement bas car sans pieds ni plinthes ce qui rend compliqué l'accès à ce qui se trouve finalement quasiment au sol.
    Canapé qui mériterait d'être soit réparé, soit changé car l'assise n'a plus aucune tenue.
    Lave-vaisselle petit par rapport à la capacité du gîte.
    Assez limite pour un gîte noté 3 épis par rapport à ce que nous avons déjà connu...

    Le calme et le caractère au milieu des vignes

    Très bien situé dans un village de caractère. Délicate attention à l’arrivée.
    Très calme et belle demeure.
    Bref un lieu idéal pour se détendre au calme et faire quelques visites.
    Très recommandable.
