Ground floor house on raised ground (5 steps) on private plot not overlooked. Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, living room. Upstairs, double bedroom, twin bedroom, en-suite shower room, separate toilet. Fully enclosed grounds. All-inclusive price: electric heating, beds made up, bathroom linen provided. Inflatable Spa option: €80/week (June to September).
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: visit the many wine cellars in the village and some of the exceptional Champagne crus. Nigloland is 10 minutes away. Shops in Bar sur Aube (5km)

Famille Bizot Super séjour ! Gîte au top !!!
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte. Tout était vraiment top, nous avons manqué de rien. Vraiment complet et très bien situé à 5min de bar sur aube et 15 de nigloland. Pas loin non plus des lacs, lac d'orient ou lac du der ainsi que la belle ville de Troyes ! Pour en revenir au gîte vraiment un beau gîte très bien équipé et décoré, séjour avec notre petit chien impeccable. Nous avons bien apprécié et pu profiter du jaccuzi !! Merci !!

Caro Comfortabel huis in een rustig dorp
We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald door de enthousiaste eigenares. Het huis ligt in een rustig dorp, dat omringd is door wijngaarden. Het heeft ruime kamers en biedt alle comfort. Het huis is gerenoveerd en smaakvol ingericht. Het is goed gelegen om van daaruit mooie wandelingen, fietstochten en culturele uitstappen te doen. De keuken is supergoed uitgerust. Fietsen kunnen veilig gestald worden en er is een privé-parkeerplaats voor de auto.
We hadden echt niets te kort in Les Loulous en we voelden er ons thuis. Een aanrader.- Cleanliness
