Situated 16 km from Lake du Der, 50 km from Troyes, 38 km from Bar sur Aube and 30 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park, this pretty, fully-renovated, detached Maison Champenoise, built in 1800, is very quiet and naturally cool in summer (very pleasant for our guests, especially in hot weather). The house is set in 2600 m2 of private enclosed grounds planted with trees, located in a nature reserve where grey cranes stay from October to March, halfway between Lake d'Orient and Lake du Der, and 2 km from Etang de la Horre. Outside, the house features a terrace covered by an electric awning, 2 removable blackout curtains for your privacy, garden furniture with six armchairs and two deckchairs. There's also a swing, a badminton set and a boules set.
You can park your vehicles, trailers and other items in the house's courtyard.

At your disposal, a fully-equipped kitchen with large TV, a living room with large TV and home cinema, a double bedroom ( 1 bed 160X200 + baby bed with mattress), 1 twin bedroom ( 2 beds 90X190), shower room, WC. Additional charge: electricity. Pets allowed with owner's agreement (supplement per pet €8/day). Beds made on arrival with linen included. For your convenience, there is a large and a small towel in the shower room; an additional linen kit is available for €10 for the whole Holiday cottage. Four bicycles are available for hire as an optional extra, at a price to be determined according to the length of your stay. Exterior video surveillance exclusively directed at the gate at the entrance to the courtyard and at the rear of the house on the street side. Outside cameras can be deactivated on request. Electric cars can be recharged on site via an external plug (6€/recharge).
