25 minutes from Troyes, 10 minutes from Bar sur Seine, close to the Champagne vineyards and at the heart of an organic farm, experience an authentic, immersive stay in a unique setting combining nature, terroir and artisanal know-how. Your stay will take place in a lively and exciting environment: the farm is home to a brewery, a malting plant and an artisanal distillery, all committed to an organic approach. Depending on the season, you can observe the farm's activities, go behind the scenes of grain processing or simply enjoy the unique atmosphere of a place where agriculture and crafts meet. You'll also be able to take part in tours and beer tastings (reservation required), or take part in one of our pizza evenings. Our cereal flour is milled on site, as is our wood-fired bread, which we sell at the farm twice a week.
Between the authenticity of the stones, immersion in the heart of the agricultural world and gourmet discoveries, this Holiday cottage is the ideal place to share convivial moments with family or friends, while living a true local experience.

This character property can accommodate up to 12 people and comprises two complementary accommodations. The main stone house, warm and charming, sleeps 10. It is located on the first floor of a store selling local products, a real invitation to discover the flavors of the region (local and artisanal products from the property and neighboring producers). You'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a relaxation and dining area for convivial moments, a shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet) and a 2nd independent toilet. At night, you'll enjoy a double bedroom and 2 family bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 single beds on the Mezzanine bed. For added privacy, an independent single-storey annex for 2 people is also available on the property, ideal for a couple or guests wishing to enjoy a quieter space. It features a double bed and private bathroom facilities (shower, washbasin and toilet). Outside, you'll appreciate the terrace for summer evenings and barbecues, as well as for relaxing on deckchairs. Parking on the property.
