In the heart of the Pays d'Armance, 25 km from Troyes and Saint Florentin, renovated 1900s house with courtyard and enclosed grounds situated on a farm in a village of 460 inhabitants.

First floor: dining/living room with convertible sofas, fitted kitchen with dining area, one bedroom (1 double bed), one bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, wc. Upstairs: bedroom (1 double bed), bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), shower room, wc. Outside: garden, courtyard, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. De l'espace, propre, environnement calme

Gîte bien entretenu, déco vintage mais cela fait aussi son charme... En bas toutes les pièces principales communiquent salon,, séjour, couloir cuisine... Terrasse couverte bien ensoleillée... Un petit parasol aurait été le bienvenu...

cadre rural très agréable, le propriétaire et sa famille sont des personnes très accueillantes et notre gite etait chaleureux comme si nous étions chez nous;

Au top

Deuxième fois que nous fêtons Noël en famille dans ce gîte avec cette fois ci un sapin décoré , nous avons apprécié ce geste . Très bonne accueil, spacieux pour une famille nombreuse .les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
