In the heart of the Countryside, 5 km from the Route du Champagne, 35 minutes from Troyes, nestled in a charming old barn renovated with raw materials: concrete floor, wood, lime and Aube hemp. Our Holiday cottage (adjoining another 6-person gite) welcomes you to a haven of peace designed for rejuvenation and serenity. Passionate about Feng Shui, Amandine has carefully designed each space to create a harmonious, balanced atmosphere. The agency, materials, colors and objects have been chosen to create a warm, gentle and regenerating atmosphere. Whether you come as a family, with friends or on your own, you'll find a place conducive to disconnecting, meditating and returning to yourself. The Holiday cottage offers all modern comforts in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, ideal for cutting away from everyday life, refocusing and getting back to basics. Ideal for Wellbeing breaks, personal retreats or disconnected vacations.

On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a shower room (shower, toilet, basin) and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 single beds) and a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190). Telework area and reading corner. Outside, you'll enjoy a private area with a lounge, plancha and a breathtaking view of the surrounding Countryside. You can picnic or relax in the orchard (shared with the other Holiday cottage). Parking on the property (not enclosed). Beds made on arrival, linen and towels included. Electricity included within the limits of normal consumption (meter readings), pellets for the stove extra (€7/bag). Possibility of renting a room on site (information and reservations from the owner).
