Nestled in the heart of nature, close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, 20 minutes from Troyes, discover the gite "Le Verger" located in a small, quiet village. It's the perfect place for nature lovers, and the owners' animals (horses, ponies, sheep, cats, dogs) will delight children and add an authentic rural touch to your stay. Activities and leisure: hiking trails accessible from the house, swimming, fishing, water sports and cycle paths nearby.

All on one level, the house features a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, fireside sitting area and lounge opening onto the garden. On the night side, you'll find a double bedroom (bed 160x200 + cot) with desk, and a 4-person bedroom (2 single beds + 2 bunk beds + cot). Shower room (shower + washbasin) and separate toilet. Outside, a large enclosed garden perfect for relaxing (hammock, deckchair, benches) or playing in complete safety, parking on the property, garden furniture, barbecue, vegetable garden. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and household linen are included in the price of your stay. End-of-stay cleaning extra.
