Recent detached house with enclosed plot in a small, quiet subdivision. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power plant 15 km away, cellar visits, Provins and its medieval city, Lacs d'Orient 70 km away, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers, so you can book a tour of our vineyards with a picnic lunch, a visit to our winery and, last but not least, a tasting of our champagne. Reservation for our reception room (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 6 gites). Tapas evenings in our reception room on reservation. At the end of August-beginning of September, we can take you to listen to the stag bellow.

Living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area opening onto terrace, lounge with fireplace, shower room, double bedroom (bed 140x190), separate wc, and access to basement with laundry room, table soccer, billiards table, Sports hall. Upstairs: double bedroom (bed 140x190), 2 twin bedrooms (2 beds 90x190), bathroom, wc. Each room has a TV. Outside, you'll find 500 m² of enclosed grounds. Included: beds made, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, wood for fireplace. Additional charges: electricity (including heating), dog €10/day. Bicycle rental for kids, teens, adults and child seats available on reservation with owners (5€/day/person). Communal heated Piscine open May-September, 450 m away (open 9-11:30 a.m. and 2:30-6 p.m. - closed Sunday mornings - swimsuit mandatory).
