Domaine Saint Roch is located between Chaource and Tonnerre, 40 km from Troyes, in an old farmhouse with character, entirely renovated in the regional style.

Ground floor: open-concept kitchen, living room, half-bath. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 double bed, 160x200 cm), one bedroom (3 single beds, 90x190 cm), bathroom, half-bath. Enclosed property, on-site parking, terrace with patio furniture, barbecue, awning. Utilities included. Access to the estate’s shared pool (shared with the owners and guests of the Bed and Breakfast), trampoline, swing set, and ping-pong table in the common areas. Available activities: Fishing, Forest hikes on foot or by mountain bike, Chablis and Champagne vineyards nearby.

    Lovely spacious property

    The house was attractive, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating meals. The outdoor private space was lovely with an electronic canopy for shade over the outdoor dining area - also places to sit under trees.

    The shared pool area was tidy, with both sunbeds and chairs arranged around it and with areas of shade if desired. The pool was a good size and well looked after.

    The hostess was lovely. She met us as arranged at arrival, explained what was necessary to know and took time to answer our questions. Throughout the stay it was easy to communicate with her if needed.

    We were three adults staying a week.

    Bonjour,

    Un seul très agréable,
    Le gîte est relativement spacieux, un salon/cuisine en bas et 2 chambres à l'étage.
    Très joli design, fait avec beaucoup de goût.
    La hôte et sa famille sont très accueillant.
    La seule gêne était de dormir à 3 adultes dans la même chambre.

    Echt een aanrader!

    Het is een erg mooi en fijn huis met een grote tuin. Én in een rustige en mooie omgeving. We hebben lekker in de tuin kunnen zitten. Helaas geen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad ivm het weer. Alles was super netjes. Lijkt me vooral ook ideaal voor mensen met kinderen.

    Excellent séjour à Prusy

    Très bon accueil par la propriétaire qui est charmante et arrangeante.
    Gite très propre, bien agencé et bien équipé.
    Les filles ont adoré les grands espaces du domaine avec la piscine, le trampoline et la table de ping-pong.
    Et nous avons bien apprécié la région : Tonnerre avec son Hôtel-Dieu, Chaource, châteaux de Maulnes et de Tanlay, joli village d'Ervy Le Châtel.
