First floor: open-plan kitchen, living room, wc. First floor: bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), bedroom (2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed), bathroom, wc. Enclosed grounds, on-site parking, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, awning. Utilities included. Access to estate swimming pool shared with owners and B&B guests, trampoline, portico, table tennis in communal areas. Activities available: fishing, forest walks or mountain biking, Chablis and Champagne vineyards nearby.

Superbe gite!

Séjour très agréable
5/5Séjour très agréable, propriétaire très arrangeante.
Gîte propre, confortable et bien équipé.
Piscine de 10 mètres parfaite pour nager et se rafraîchir.
Situation à 50 minutes de Troyes en voiture, à 15 minutes de Chaource, à 15 minutes du charmant village de Ervy Le Châtel, avec une maison du vitrail à visiter (petit mais passionant grâce au guide).
Voiture indispensable, car aucun commerce à distance à pied.
