Come and discover Le Refuge, nestled in the heart of Saint Julien Les Villas, a charming city break for 4 people. Located 200 meters from the factory outlet center Marques avenue Troyes, and just a stone's throw from all amenities (Intermarché 1 min away), 1 km from the vélovoie, you'll be able to explore the department at any time of year. You'll be charmed by downtown Troyes and the cocooning environment of this gîte. Perfectly enclosed grounds. Fast, dedicated charging facilities available for electric cars (€5/day).
On the first floor, you'll find a lovely, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a study area and board games, a separate toilet, and a large bathroom with shower and bath. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two 90x200 cm beds that can be moved closer together. Outside, there's a magnificent terrace with a pergola, and quality garden furniture. Everything you need for a wonderful, convivial stay. Pets welcome. All charges included, heating, electricity, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and household linen.

We really appreciated our stay in this gite. It is quiet, spacious, comfortable, furnished with taste and contains everything you might need.
It is very well located at walking distance from shops, with bus stops to Troyes, supermarket across the road and a good restaurant Bouill'O Troy around the corner. Nice walks in Saint Julien le parc des Moulins and rue des Philippats.
Virginie is very nice and welcoming.

Virginie la propriétaire est très gentille, accueillante le logement très bien agencé et très bien décoré très bien équipé au calme malgré qu’il soit sur une route principale. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

C’est toujours un grand plaisir de venir passer quelques jours dans ce gîte. Il est très propre et très bien agencé et la propriétaire fait tout pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison.

Un gîte très bien, très propre et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La propriétaire est adorable et fait tout pour que nous soyons au mieux. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
