Géraudot, known for its bathing facilities and its 16th-century Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul parish church, is a village in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, just a stone's throw from the lake. Le Petit Logis du Charron is a Champagne-style half-timbered house, restored in 2012, adjoining another gîte (10G107), with a completely independent entrance.

Built on a raised first floor (2 steps), the gîte comprises a living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom (1 140 cm double bed), a shower room and separate WC. Accessible from the bedroom, a small terrace with garden furniture lets you enjoy the enclosed green spaces shared by the two gîtes. Private parking. Additional charges: electricity (including heating). From the gîte, you can take the Vélovoie des Lacs (passing in front of the gîte - 4 adult bikes + baby carrier available subject to availability), reach the beach (1 km), the wild shores of the lake (300 m), or go to Troyes to discover the medieval city (25 min), or Nigloland to relax with family or friends (30 min).
