At Le Paradis des Ecureuils, you'll discover a haven of peace close to all amenities. Just a few minutes from exit 21 of the A5 freeway and only 12 km from Troyes, this gîte is ideally located. Discover the Aube region and its specialties, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, Nigloland, factory outlets, vineyards and Chaource.
The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of an annex to the owners' house. You'll have access to a living room with TV, internet access, kitchen with fridge, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The room is air-conditioned, and includes a shower room with heated towel rail and separate toilet. Washing machine. Possibility of accommodating a third person in the living room. Upstairs, you'll find an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed. Easy parking next to the Holiday cottage. Tea towels are provided and included in the price. Heating and electricity included (except from October to April / supplement €6 per day).

Gite situé dans un havre de paix, lumineux, très très bien équipé. Ambiance cosy, on s'y sent vraiment bien! Réserver les yeux fermés.

Situation à proximité immédiate de la ville de Troyes dans un endroit calme.
Le gite est très bien exposé, au sud. Belle vue du coté du jardin.
