At Le Paradis des Ecureuils, you'll discover a haven of peace close to all amenities. Just a few minutes from exit 21 of the A5 freeway and only 12 km from Troyes, this gîte is ideally located. Discover the Aube region and its specialties, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, Nigloland, factory outlets, vineyards and Chaource.
The gîte is located on the first floor of an annex to the owners' house. You'll have access to a living room with TV, internet access, kitchen with fridge, two hotplates, oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, separate toilet. Possibility of accommodating a third person in the living room. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed. Easy parking next to the gîte. Bed linen, towels and household linen, heating and electricity included in the price.

Appartement sympa et fonctionnel
5/5Bel appartement situé au carrefour de plusieurs activités et sites à voir, entre 20 et 30 min de voiture pour Troyes, le lac d'orient, Chaource, le château de Vaux, Nigloland, moulin de Dosches...
Il faut juste faire attention à la charpente un peu basse si l'on est grand (environ 1,75 m)
Idéal pour un couple avec la chambre sur le demi palier. j'étais sur place avec un enfant qui a dormi dans la chambre, j'ai pris le canapé lit qui est plutôt confortable.
Pas forcément pratique pour un couple avec un enfant compte tenu de la disposition du coin nuit et du couchage 1 personne dans la pièce principale.- Cleanliness 5/5
