Tourist attractions: 10 kms from the Nigloland amusement park, 15 kms from the Forêt d'Orient lakes (swimming, fishing and water sports, mountain biking), 6 kms from Golf de l'Ermitage, cellar visits and Champagne tasting..., Renoir Museum, Troyes its medieval town and factory stores...

This single-storey house comprises a vast living room with a large flat-screen TV and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms: 2 double (1 bed 160x200 cm), 1 twin (2 beds 90x190 cm) with TV in each room, bathroom with bath and beautifully decorated shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, garage (for bikes or motorcycles), table soccer. Enclosed grounds of 1,200 sq. m. with lovely, unobstructed views over the Champagne plains. Bed linen and towels provided, utilities included. Cot and high chair available on request. Dogs under 15 kg accepted (one maximum) at extra charge, no cats. Outdoor areas with swing, table soccer, children's games. A €80 cleaning deposit is required on arrival.
