Just 10 minutes from the A5 freeway exit, 45 minutes from Troyes, this charming stone property, set in the heart of a natural setting (river, woods, greenery), is a haven of peace providing an incredible change of scenery. Alexandre, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier-Confiseur, will share his expertise with you during pastry and chocolate-making workshops or courses in his on-site laboratory (conditions and information available from the owners). Nearby, you'll find a delicatessen with regional products in the village, a stopover at the Renoir Museum in Essoyes, a visit to the Champagne cellars, a stroll along the lakes of the Forest d'Orient or a day at the Nigloland theme park. This Holiday cottage is not suitable for parties or festive events.

First floor: spacious living room with pool table, dining area, sitting area with library and fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate wc. Upstairs, relaxation area on the mezzanine, master bedroom (bed 160x200) with private wc, double bedroom (bed 140x190), triple bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 80x190 in alcove), wc. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Outside: private heated swimming pool open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., June to September (weather permitting, bring your own pool towels), swing, tennis court, deckchairs, relaxation lounge, pétanque court, jacuzzi (not available in winter), fitness equipment (treadmill, bike, weight bench, etc.). The garden is enclosed at the front of the property, but not enclosed at the rear, on the river bank.
