2 minutes from factory outlets, 10 minutes from Troyes town center, and 15 km from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient. You'll benefit from all the city's amenities (supermarket, bakery, newsagents, restaurant, etc.), in a rural setting.
The Holiday cottage Le Manège is located in a completely independent annex of the owners' house. A true haven of peace, it comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room with storeroom, a dining area and lounge, a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with private bathroom (Italian shower + WC) and a double bedroom (bed 160x200) with bathroom and separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy the privacy of a lovely terrace with pergola, deckchairs, garden and parking in the Holiday cottage courtyard (several cars possible). Fitness room with Jacuzzi (€20 per session for 2 or 3 people / €25 per session for 4 people) and gaming room (billiards, table soccer, darts, etc.) to be booked with the owners on arrival. Electricity and heating included. Beds made, towels and household linen included.

Troff Bon séjour
Grange habitabilisée de façon fonctionnelle et avec goût, sans oublier les rangements pour les vêtements et pour les courses, beaux espaces naturellement frais qui nous ont permis de passer la canicule.
Salle de jeux très agréable où nous avons passé de très bons moments ensemble.
Maison bien située proche de commerces de bouche et d'accès routiers pour les zones à découvrir et visiter.

Anja Schönes Ferienhaus
Ein schönes Ferienhaus, mit allem , was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Zwei Terrassen, je nach Sonnenstand nutzbar, Fahrräder können in der Scheune sicher abgestellt werden.

Que dire sinon que ce gite est super ! spacieux, propre, bien décoré, agréable. Les hôtes sont charmants et serviables. Les petits plus : la salle de jeux et le SPA. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir rentrer la voiture dans l'enceinte du gite.

JEANPATPLOUBAZ Un havre de paix
Un lieu au calme où il fait bon vivre.
Aucune faute de goût dans la décoration des différentes pièces qui composent cet agréable et confortable gîte.
Nous y reviendrons pour faire connaissance avec les propriétaires, absents lors de notre séjour, mais qui par téléphone ont pris contact avec nous à plusieurs reprises pour vérifier que tout allait bien.
Nous recommandons ce gîte.
