Géraudot, known for its bathing facilities and its 16th-century Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul parish church, is a village in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, just a stone's throw from the lake. Le Logis du Charron is a Champagne-style half-timbered house, restored in 2012, adjoining another gîte (10G106), with a completely independent entrance.

Built on a raised first floor (2 steps), the gîte comprises a living room, an open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, new furniture), a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, a shower room and separate WC. A large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and chaise-longue lets you enjoy the enclosed green spaces (orchard and 1500 m2 lawn) shared by the two gîtes. Private parking. Additional charges: electricity (including heating). From the gîte, you can take the Vélovoie des Lacs (passing in front of the gîte - 4 adult bikes + baby carrier available subject to availability), reach the beach (1 km), the wild banks of the lake (300 m), or go to Troyes to discover the medieval city (25 min), or Nigloland to relax with family or friends (30 min).
